When we started Fractional Directory in 2023, we built from the belief that the strongest executive talent here in APAC are often invisible, or impossible to find outside of first degree networks.
As more exited Founders and ex-Executives with deep career experience untether from full-time work and become independent operators, they emerge as "Fractional Leaders" into the market. We began mapping this market into our Directory, and have watched it grow from 43 visible leaders in all of New Zealand to over 4,000 operators in the small slice of the APAC market we've mapped thus far.
As more APAC-based Leaders decide to work in a flexible executive model, our north star is to find them jobs.
Along the journey thus far, we’ve worked with start-ups, small and medium enterprises, and organisations including the Singapore Government, to make flexible leadership talent easier to find, understand and leverage.
